我是閩寧村第一批村平易近
我是1955年生人，本年快70歲了，老家在寧夏南部，在固原市西吉縣王平易近鄉紅太村。我們家于1997年7月份搬到銀川市永寧縣閩寧村，后來這個村跟其他幾個村合在一路，成立閩寧鎮。那時的閩寧村是福建對口幫我們搞的一個移平易近新村。
固原與四周的西吉、海原合在一路，就是“西海固”。我老家生孩子生涯前提很差，土質欠好，風沙多，我們常跟人惡作劇說，“我們家一年只刮兩場風、一場風只刮半年”。為了保存，就顧不上其他了，養了羊，羊要吃草，羊吃草是把草根一路吃了。在陡坡上拓荒，成果是水土流掉越來越嚴重。20世紀70年月，結合國派專家來考核，就說我們縣不合適人類棲身。那時很窮，是鍋里沒糧，鍋底沒柴，缸里沒水，身上沒衣。到80年月，我們村有不少人家里連吃飯的碗都沒有，就在土灶臺邊沿往下挖幾個小坑坑，做好的飯就盛在這個小坑里，吃完下次再用，連碗都不消洗了。這是真正的窮，但真不是我們不盡力，而是保存周遭的狀況太差了！
從改造開鋪開始，（寧夏回族）自治區就組織我們搞移平易近搬家，發動我們村的一部門人往北遷，搬到接近黃河灌區的沙漠灘，往那里種莊稼。那時往的人都是姑且搭個窩棚，挖個窯洞，建起吊莊移平易近點，等生孩子生涯基礎穩固后，再決議是不是一家人都徹底搬出往。在（20世紀）80年月時，這個吊莊移平易近不是誰想往就能往的，是需求標準的，當局發給我們搬家證，有了這個證才幹遷到這些處所往嘗嘗，感到行了就留上去，不可，再回老家。
我1975年從固原衛校中專結業，學的是臨床醫學，在我們老家村里算是少有的文明人，所以我既是村里的村醫，那時也是村里的黨支部書記。記得是1997年7月3日，我在西吉縣餐與加入了一個干部會議。西吉縣的引導給我們講，我們西吉縣有幾個移平易近點，尤其黃羊灘和玉泉營農場四周的移平易近點，是福建省的引導給我們考核斷定的，取名“閩寧村”，讓我們參會的各村書記歸去帶一些長者同鄉往看一看。回村后，我跟年夜伙兒磋商了幾天，7月11日，我帶了幾個村里有興趣愿的人從老家動身，用三地利間把這幾個移平易近點都看了一遍。我們從中衛市看到中寧縣的長山頭，到了賀蘭縣的熱泉農場，隨后到年夜武口縣的巢湖農場，12號到了鎮北堡，13號就到了閩寧村。
后來我才了解這個閩寧村有來頭。1996年的時辰，國度決議由福建省來對口幫扶我們寧夏，福建方面的任務由省委副書記習近平同道擔任。1997年4月，習書記來了我們寧夏，他用了6地利間到我們西海固地域的5個貧苦縣走了一趟。

有了固定的支出，大師也就有了安家落戶的心態，想在這里扎下根，建起本身的新家園。老家的村平易近們看到了盼望，也就陸陸續續地從西海固搬過去。依照政策規則，我們移平易近點的宅基地給得多，每戶有2畝地，建屋子用三四分地就夠了，剩下的地就由福建來的干部和專家幫我們搞天井經濟。除了建蘑菇棚，村里還有人種了葡萄、枸杞、蘋果。后來，村里又來了一些福建的企業，建了工場，也組織我們村的人往福建打工，處理了我們的失業。這幾年，福建派來了一批大夫為鎮里老蒼生治病，派了一批高條理的教員為我們培育人才，處理了老蒼生心中最年夜擔心，就是“一老一小”題目。我們這些人漸漸都成長起來了，村里也越來越旺盛。
從1997年算起，這20多年來福建省對我們各個方面的幫扶，我都切身經過的事況和親目睹證了。我總感到，千言萬語也不克不及描述我們的感謝之情。從閩寧村到閩寧鎮，成長得如許快、如許好，成長成明天這個樣子，是福建給我們帶來的，我們都是有福之人。
向總書記細數搬家事
2006年后我不再當村黨支部書記，專職做村里的“光腳大夫”。2014年和2015年這兩年，自治區、銀川市的引導屢次來閩寧鎮檢討任務，召集村干部和搬家比擬早的移平易近群眾閉會，清楚閩寧鎮的成長變更情形。那時的自治區黨委書記、政協主席等引導都來過我家，我都照實報告請示了我和我們村全部搬家的經過歷程。
2016年6月份，自治區黨委書記帶著20多人再一次來閩寧鎮閉會，點名要見我。會上我是最后一個講話的。自治區黨委書記那時就說，就把這位老同道選上，還告知我要頤養好身材，要我講好閩寧鎮的成長變更。7月11日，自治區黨委書記又離開鎮上，他跟我說比來閩寧鎮要來中心首長，他想把閩寧鎮移平易近搬家的報告請示義務交給我，由於我是第一家搬到閩寧鎮在沙漠灘建屋子的，又是第一任村書記，干了很長時光，熟習情形；還說我是村大夫，和老蒼生打交道多，我講出來的工作最真正的。
7月18號早上，我翻開手機看到習近平總書記在西吉縣向將臺堡赤軍長征會師留念碑敬獻花籃，那時心境別提有多衝動了。我全部早晨都沒有睡著，一會在床上躺躺，一會在沙發上坐坐，一會在地上逛逛，心里想著總書記會問什么？我應當說些什么？想著想著天就亮了。
19號一早，我吃完早飯后，來了一輛公安的車把我接到原隆村回族村平易近海國寶家里。我是老移平易近，1998年遷來的。海國寶是新移平易近，是2012年遷來的，所以我們兩人算是兩代移平易近的代表。總書記到了原隆村后，先是看了新村新貌，這個新村建得很整全，紅瓦白墻，成排的小樓。后來，我聽一位陪伴的干部說，總書記先在村里了解一下狀況，一路都在問老蒼生的支出、上學、就醫情形，問村里基本舉措措施配套。看完后，他們就乘中巴車停在海國寶家門口，總書記笑臉滿面地從車高低來，揮手向圍過去的老鄉們問好。我們倆聽到消息，衝動地從房子里出來，跑到總書記跟前，牢牢握住總書記的手，我那時很衝動，此刻想不起來那時本身說了點啥。總書記拉著我們倆，表示我們一路走進屋。他邊進屋邊笑著問包養網我，“您是哪一年來閩寧村的？”我說，“總書記，我是97年來的。”說著我們便進了屋。
他先到廚房，翻開洗菜盆上的水龍頭，冒出了嘩啦啦的清亮的自來水；然后又揭開鍋蓋，看到熱火朝天的飯菜。總書記笑著說，這菜噴鼻噴噴的。總書記朝著我說，“您了解我明天為什么這么興奮嗎？由於這個處所是我在福建任務的時辰，親身搞的一個移平易近點，此刻從閩寧村升格為閩寧鎮。阿誰時辰這里一片荒灘，但只需能引上黃河水，這里必定能成長起來。我一向掛念著閩寧村的成長扶植，明天來這里，看到基本舉措措施很全，老蒼生的屋子蓋得很好，生涯過得如許幸福，我心里感到到興奮。”
離開客堂坐下后，海國寶的座位在總書記旁邊，我的座位在總書記的斜對面。總書記問我：“我也是1997年來這里的，我記適當時咋沒見到您？”我說：“您是1997年4月份來這里的，我是昔時7月份來這里的。固然那次沒有見下面，可是我捉住了您給我們的好機會。”
他笑著問我：“什么好機會？”我說：“您1997年4月來寧夏，尤其是在西海固考核的時辰，看見這里山年夜溝深，十年九旱，一方水土贍養不了一方人。您說，我見包養網過貧苦的處所，還沒有見過這么貧窮的處所。隨后您離開海原，那時他們吃的是窖水。”
這時他又插話了：“明天在座的有我們北京來的同道，你們不了解什么是‘窖水’，我給你們說明一下。那時，老蒼生在自家院子里挖一個窖，就等著老全國雨，把天高低上去的泥水貯存到窖里，下面的雜質用罩子撈失落，等泥水廓清。一年就靠吃這個水過日子。我昔時來時在路上看見本地的一個小媳婦，帶著三個娃，衣服襤褸就不說了，臉也特殊臟。我就問她，您怎么不給孩子洗衣服、洗臉。阿誰小媳婦說，我家窖里只剩一點點水了，早上洗臉的時辰我們一家六口人就只用一小瓢水，我洗完你洗，你洗完他洗，輪番就用這瓢水洗臉，也不了解老天什么時辰能下雨。在回銀川的路上，我又往齊心縣的一家人看了看，他家炕上沒有展蓋，只要一張破席子。房頂吊著一根繩索，繩索上綁著一撮菜。我就問他們這是什么？長者同鄉說這是發菜，發菜的價值高，家里買油鹽醬醋的錢就靠它了。”
聽完這番話后，我接著報告請示說：“后來您又離開賀蘭山下，就是此刻的這個處所，您讓人對這里的泥土停止了化驗。固然那時這里是沙漠灘，但離黃河不到20公里，離銀川郊區只要50公里，只需把黃河的水引下去，這里種食糧不是題目。那時您和我們寧夏的引導磋商，讓西海固的群眾搬家到這里，這里未來是個好處所。這就是您那時給我們的機會。”

總書記插話說：“他說的是西海固的方言，你們確定聽不懂。”他問旁邊的北京來的同道：“您聽懂了嗎？”那位同道搖了搖頭，說沒聽懂。他就說：“我給你們說明一下，他說的‘高粱苞頭’就是高粱的穗子，‘年夜著美的’就是又年夜又好的。”我就笑著問他：“您咋能聽懂我的方言？”他說：“我70年月在延安梁家河干過村書記，梁家河的方言和西海固的方言基礎類似，您說的語速稍有點快，但我年夜多能聽懂，您持續說。”

總書記說：“福建沿海他們先富了，先富幫后富，這是他們的義務擔負。讓全國一部門艱苦群眾都像閩寧鎮一樣經由過程移平易近搬家過上幸福圓滿的小康生涯，這才是我的目標。舊日的干沙岸釀成明天的金沙岸，閩寧鎮給我們摸索出了一條平坦大路，我要把這個可貴經歷向全國推行。您持續說。”
我說：“讓我鋪開說，共產黨的恩惠我三天三夜也說不完，可是心里特殊衝動，還有幾句話想說出來給您聽。”這時，坐我左邊的一位我們縣的引導戳了我一下，意思是不讓我說了。總書記笑了一下說：“您讓他說。講得很接地氣，尤其是他說的玉米棒子和高粱，那是個引子，能把移平易近群眾吸引過去，他們在玉米和高粱上看到了盼望。您安心勇敢說，我明天有的是時光。”

最后，總書記走出了房子，我跟在后面出來送他。他再一次握著我的手說：“適才只顧著聊天了，忘卻問您本年多年夜了？”我說：“我本年61歲了，歲月不饒人。”他就說：“歲月可留人！依據咱倆的聊天，您的思緒很清楚，身材也很好，盼望您給閩寧鎮的移平易近扶植持續再作進獻。”我說：“我必定牢牢記住您的教誨，把我的余熱都貢獻給閩寧鎮的移平易近扶植，貢獻給閩寧鎮的國民。”他很興奮，臨上車前還給我豎了一個年夜拇指。

明天的金沙岸
我持久做村干部，有點文明，常常看書看電視，了解習近平總書記很是關懷閩寧鎮的生長。1998年時有一次開閩寧協作的會，他就講，寧夏和福建所處的地輿地位和天然周遭的狀況有著顯明的分歧，彼此協作具有較強的互補性。要發動更多的企業家到寧夏投資辦廠，扶植扶貧支柱財產，擴展勞務輸入，加大力度資本和山地綜合開闢，增進寧夏貧苦地域盡快脫貧。2016年7月此次來，在我們鎮考核時，習近平總書記又誇大，本地企業在加速本身成長的同時，也要在財產扶貧經過歷程中施展好推進感化，先富幫后富，完成配合富饒。

最後閩寧村有8000多人，此刻的閩寧鎮常住生齒有61767人，有6個村平易近委員會、1個社區、90個村平易近小組，生齒和面積都年夜年夜增添。但我們閩寧鎮只是一個縮影。在閩寧鎮的示范帶動下，我們寧夏涌現出100多個閩寧協作的示范村、20多個閩寧協作移平易近新村、320個易地搬家安頓區，累計易地搬家128萬名群眾，占我們寧夏總生齒的六分之一強！
移平易近的這種受害是詳細的。從我本身家來講，我們夫妻倆生了四胎，有5個孩子，有一胎是雙胞胎。孩子們遇上了一個好時期。對孩子的教導我比擬嚴厲，常常以一個老黨員的成分教導他們。5個孩子中有3個是中共黨員，1個是中共準備黨員。2023年5月，我家還取得全國婦聯頒布的“全國最美家庭”獎。

我們閩寧鎮是習近平總書記昔時親身計劃、定名和扶植的，就像本身的孩子一樣，看著它茁壯生長，貳心中必定很是興奮。總書記先后五次到我們寧夏考核領導，五次列席閩寧對口扶貧協作聯席會議。前一陣子，我看消息報道，就是2024年6月19號下戰書，他比來一次到銀川市調研，還問了我們閩寧鎮的現狀。他很有感慨地說，“傳聞此刻扶植得很好，也有了特點財產。曩昔這么艱難的一個處所，釀成了出葡萄瓊漿的處所，令人感歎和欣喜啊！”舊日的干沙岸，曾經釀成明天的金沙岸，舊日的預言曾經成為面前的幸福生涯！

“盼望從父親這里繼承和汲取的寶貴與高貴品質良多。”20多年前，習近平在給父親習仲勛的一封家書中這樣寫道。
習仲勛，一位從黃地盤走出來的無產階級反動家，對國民群眾有著深摯的情感。父親的言傳身教深深地影響了習近平的品德，堅定了他投身共產主義事業、矢志報國為平易近的決心。
1969年1月，不滿16歲的習近平從北京來到陜北梁家河村。“無論我走到哪里，永遠是黃地盤的兒子。”多年以后，他曾在一篇文章里說，“作為一個國民公仆，陜北高原是我的根，因為這里培養出了我不變的信心：要為國民做實事！”
歲月流轉，初心不渝。
——站穩國民立場
在中共綏德地委舊址的展廳里，一行字非分特別奪目：“把屁股端端地坐在老蒼生的這一面”。這是習仲勛說過的一句話。
“端端地，這是關中話，穩穩正正地。”2021年9月，習近平總書記在中共綏德地委舊址考核時說道。
當年在東南干部群眾嘴邊，掛著一句口頭禪：“找仲勛往。”簡短的四個字，表達出習仲勛在國民群眾心中的分量。

數十年來，從梁家河到正定，從福建到浙江，從上海到北京，炕頭板凳坐得住、粗茶淡飯吃得進、柴米油鹽聊得來，習近平用實際行動踐行著“誠心誠意為國民服務”的主旨。

到乡村去，正在成为这个时代响亮的召唤。
2018年初，记者随中国艺术研究院文化发包養展战略研究中心的调研小组进入福建东北部的屏南县，走访了若干个村落。其中有旅游业颇为发达的地方，有人口流失严重的空巢村，也有对自身文脉充满着自觉自信的村落。
包養網不同类型的乡村，在包養有意无意的摸索之下，竟隐隐约约趟出一些振兴乡村的文化路径。
公益艺术教育引发蝴蝶效应
“先有双溪，后有屏南”。有着千年历史的双溪，是屏南县最为著名的乡村。这里不仅是“中国历史文化名镇名包養村”，拥有2个国家5A级景点鸳鸯溪、白水洋，还有一大批文物古迹。
然而几年前，单一的旅游模式开始出现瓶颈。景区周边不断被爆出有宰客现象，负面影响一度令屏南的形象受损，旅游业也受到冲击。2015年9月，县里引进艺术家林正碌和他的团队，一切开始发生变化。
林正碌看中了屏南的文化底蕴，也看到了农村包養網的机会。他决定在这里尝试着实现一些梦想，比如公益艺术教育，比如用艺术改变乡村。双溪有一个烂尾楼工程，镇政府将其一二层（有2000多平方米）全部租下来，作为文化创意基地“安泰艺术城”，免费提供给林正碌的“公益艺术教育中心”作为油画教学场所。在山清水秀的景区免费学画、还有老师一对一的个性化教学，这个模式很快就吸引了来自全国各地的油画爱好者。2016年，双溪安泰艺术城接待国内外驻学人员1万多人。
很快，学画人群就成为双溪新的消费增包養網长点。他们租住民宿，一住就是十天半个月；他们延展了景区受季节限制的时间跨度，改变了旅游从业人员的“宰一刀就走”的心态；他们真正融入当地人的生活，促使失去的淳朴民风回归；他们中还有不少人，留下来到乡村学校义务包養支教。
蝴蝶效应不止于此。公益艺术教育还让当地的40多名残障人士直接受益，“画”出新人生。原本在街头流浪的智障人士杨发旺，如今一个月的卖画收入可达1万多元；原本在街头摆摊、身高仅117公分的沈明包養網辉，已有两幅作包養網品被送往法国，参加里昂当包養網代艺术双年展……
把传统文化根脉留在村落里
除了在双溪做公益艺术教育，林正碌也积极参与到传统村落的改造中。他在漈下古村开展“人人都是艺术家”项目，逐渐使其发展为以村民为主体的油画村。他在龙潭古村开展“定居15年”项目，以新的文化生活方式推动村落的复兴。
这些“动静”，很快吸引来了不少艺术圈的朋友。
瑞典籍华人程美信来了。他在“空壳村”厦地，主持实施了古村修复计划，开展电影培训、古村摄影写生等活动。如今，厦地古村已成为远近知名的影像创作基地。
复旦大学张勇来了。他在包養網有竹编传统的前洋村，修缮恢复古民居，开辟竹编、陶瓷博物馆，邀请印尼竹编艺术家与村民共同创作大型竹编装包養置艺术品，推动竹艺的复兴，打造以竹艺为主的世外桃源。
对外来艺术家的引进，屏南县主要持开放态度。“他们的到来，确实给传统村落带来了新的希望，给屏南带来了新的活力。”屏南县委宣传部副部长陆则起表示。而这一切，与屏南县委县政府长期对文化遗产保护的重视也密不可分。从20多年前保护国家级非遗项目四平戏开始，到保护世界遗产木拱廊桥营造技艺，再到保护各种节日民包養網俗，屏南一直在保护传统村落的“地基”。
“我们要包養做的就是把中华优秀传统文化的根脉保留在村落里，只要这个基础在，随时都可以激活。”屏南县政协主席、屏南县传统村落文创产业发包養展项目指挥部第一副指挥长周芬芳告诉记者。2016年，屏南县成立传统村落文创产业发展领导小组，2017年组建传统村落文创产业发展项目指挥部，出包養網台推进文化创意产业发展的实施意见，每年安排1000万元资金引导与扶持文化创意产业发展，从补助、奖励、住房等方面吸引和培养更多文创人才开展驻创活包養动等，很好地推动了今天文创空间发展格局的形成。
村民是乡村文化振兴的主体
两年来，屏南县通过漈下、双溪、厦地、前洋、降龙、棠口、芳院、龙潭、柏源等村落的试点，在推动传统村落保护，实施文创扶贫，催发乡村文化旅游，繁荣农村文化事业，包養網改变村民精神面貌等方面产生积极影响，综合性效益不断扩大。这些，给中国艺术研究院调研小组的成员们留下深刻印象。
中国艺术研究院文化发展战略研究中心副主任郑长铃表示，屏南县通过文化建设振兴乡村的经验很有价值，值得总结推广。中国艺术研究院研究员肖怀德把屏南传统村落正在做的事情称为乡村新文化运动。《中华文化画报》社长姜玉芳对当地政府重视保护文化遗产给予高度评价，并积极鼓励他们进一步梳理文脉。台湾华包養梵大学建筑系教授萧百包養網兴认为，外来艺术家扮演着传统村落“新乡绅”的角色，对包養村落的文化兴盛有着积包養极意义。
专家们认为，屏南县通过文化振兴村落的价值，在于它正酝酿着多种可能性。除了艺术家为“领头羊”的包養網几个村落，还有对自身文化家底有着充分自信自觉的村落，正在形包養網成以村民为主体的推动力量。比如康里村。
62岁的郑福顶，是康里村的农民。从县里退休后，他回到康里参与筹办了5届民俗文化包養網节、3届春晚。旅美华侨郑观喜夫妇，连续包養多年组织美籍华裔青少年到康里进行夏令营和支教活动。以他们为代表的一批乡贤的回归，带动起整个村村民对自己文化的珍视与热爱。
现在，康里村因为端午民俗、春晚已经扬名在外，吸引不少游客前来。孩子们因为每年可以和外包養網国学生交流，村民也愿意让孩子留在村子的学校里读书，村里人气越来包養越旺。今后康里村的规划，是进一步深挖自己的文化资源，把文化做深做精。
